Decent as far as hype goes.
Both guys come off as good people, but IMO Rogers is sort of deliding himself.

I just watched the 360 on frenzy and I have to admit it's about 30% of what Fedor was saying lost in translations, but over all I like it. Nicely done, can't wait until Nov7, should be good fight night over all , good fights, way to go Strikeforce.Posted 4 months ago # -

i'm honestly hoping that Fedor finishes Rogers fast because i would like to see a more "worthy" opponent face off against Fedor and possibly get the upset, but Rogers IMO is overrated and sure he beat my boy Arlovski but that doesn't make Rogers a top Heavyweight just give him a bit more street cred IMO.

I do hop as well that Fedor can finish Rogers fast. The only think I disagree with you that Rogers is overrated. I think people giving him bottom of the top 10 spot and this were he belongs to and even if he looses I don't think he should loose his status.

Of Rogers beats Fedor convincingly then i'll be a believer but to be honest the dude hasn't impressed me, not to hate on him but that's just the way i feel, maybe he's better than i give him credit for but i guess we'll find out this weekend.

Unless all of reality is unravelling, I'm thinking that Fedor is going to shoot and hook Rogers in about 3 minutes.
What possible reason does Fedor have to stand and trade with a larger, younger, and stronger Thai boxer, when he has everything to lose and Rogers has nothing to lose?
Fedor might be sh!t for brains when it comes to selecting management, but from what I've seen the guy has always exhibited strong fight smarts in the ring/cage.
And as it relates to Brett Rogers being overrated, I guess when I look at his list of opponents, I just don't see where he has any business stepping into the same cage with a fighter like Fedor, but maybe thats just me.
IMO this fight is just another in a line of tomato can kickings that M-1 Global lines up for their man so that he has an easy night of work, and picks up a hefty payout in exchange...Posted 4 months ago #
