   Much obliged for the kind words, my Canadian brother from another mother :)

   I'm actually sitting on my bed, trying like crazy to get some feeling back in my lead leg, which had the living sh!t kicked out of it today by a new training partner who comes from a Thai boxing background.
   I'm honestly in so much pain I can't really do more than throw the tennis ball down the hallway for my dog, return emails, plan my Thanksgiving getaway to Toronto, and get some frenZy time in.
   Plus this is a PPV weekend, leading into the MMA "November to Remember", so even though I'm physically beat down I'm He11a pumped up mentally and emotionally for all of the MMA to come in the next 6 weeks or so...

   congrats mk4, glad to see how everything is getting better for this website...so enough we will see mmafrenzy getting noticed by the mma community more like sherdoggie and mmajockie get

   thanks Gun, yeah i hope that Frenzy gets the recognition it deserves, Frenzy is the best MMA site out there period IMO.

   And yeah, its about damned time that the frenZy takes its rightful place at the top of the MMA website foodchain.
   We have informed ownership, a new gear partner in fighttrends.com, savvy mod squad, and for the most part the best-sport/educated posters on the Internet...

    I didn't want to call anyone out by name, but I'd like to think that those guys were just having bad days or had something else going on and just stumbled across the frenZy and thought it a good place to rant and vent, like some other websites I won't bother to name.
    I honestly tend to see the frenZy as sort of like the elite of MMA websites. Even though it might not be the biggest, or oldest, or have the most posters, we do in fact have the very best...

    I don't post as much as I used to. I have been here for a long time, I just choose to read what the new guys have to say and keep my opinion to myself. It's all good. You guys get a gold star!
